Request an RMA
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware items.
Receive Approval
Our technical support team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the item is eligible and provide a unique RMA number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for original condition, we will process your refund or store credit minus any applicable restocking fees.
